How long can we retain footage?
We size storage around your agreed retention period, camera count and recording quality. Retention is confirmed in the system specification.
How much time will a vehicle be off the road?
Installation time depends on the vehicle, camera layout and work required. Access and a rollout schedule are agreed before installation.
Can we access footage remotely?
Yes, with compatible equipment, connectivity and the appropriate Sure Insight VMS service. We will confirm the options for your existing system.
